ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh latihan Circuit Training dan Interval Training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan VO2Max SSB Pura Wijaya Padang Peneliian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai bulan Juli 2020 di lapangan sepakbola Kompi Senapan A Lapai dilaksanakan pada 7 Juni sampai 3 Juli 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet SSB dengan kelompok usia U-17 dengan sampel berjumlah 22 orang laki-laki. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, penelitian ini dilakukan selama 4 minggu (16 kali pertemuan). Dalam satu minggu latihan dilaksanakan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan analisi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t- test. Hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah thitung (26,08) > tabel (1.812) pada latihan circuit training dan thitung (26,40) > ttabel (1.812) pada latihan interval training terdapat peningkatan hasil antara tes awal dengan tes akhir. Berarti latihan daya tahan circuit training dan interval training memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan VO2Max SSB Putra Wijaya Padang, artinya penerepan latihan Circuit training dan Interval training memberikan pengaruh untuk peningkatan kemampuan VO2Max. Dengan demikian latihan Circuit training lebih signifikan dibandingan dengan latihan Interval training. Activate Wir.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to find out the different influence of Circuit Training and Interval Training on the improvement of VO2Max SSB Pura Wijaya Padang Research using pseudo experiment method. This research was conducted from June to July 2020 at the football field of Rifle Company A Lapai conducted from June 7 to July 3, 2020. The population in this study was SSB athletes with an under-17 age group with a sample of 22 males. Sampling using total sampling technique, this study was conducted for 4 weeks (16 meetings). In one week the exercise was held as many as 4 meetings. Based on data analysis in this study using t-test. The data processing results in this study were thitung (26.08) > table (1,812) in circuit training and thitung (26.40) > ttabel (1,812) in interval training there was an improvement in results between the initial test and the final test. Means circuit training endurance training and interval training has a significant influence on the increase of VO2Max SSB Putra Wijaya Padang, meaning the rep endurance of Circuit training and Interval training gives an influence to improve vo2max capability. Thus Circuit training exercises are more significant than Interval training. Activate Wir.
