Pengaruh Latihan Skipping terhadap Teknik Smash Siswa Peserta Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan smash, banyak sekali smash yang di lakukan oleh peserta ekstrakulikuler kurang baik, banyak yang meleceng atau keluar garis dan ada juga yang smash yang di lakukan para peserta ekstrakulikuler itu tidak menyebrang ke laapangan lawan karean tersangkut di net. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap teknik smash siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Silaut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Jumlah populasi  keseluruhan siswa peserta esktrakulikuler berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik penrikan sampel yaitu proposive sampling. Maka siswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa putra. Instrument penelitian menggunakan tes kemampuan smash. Teknik analisis data statistik menggunakan uji normalitas liliefors dan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan ɑ=0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash siswa peserta estrakulikuler di SMA N 01 Silaut dengan skor rata-rata 13 pada pre test, dan skor rata-rata 21 pada post test. Hal ini terbukti secara signifikan, dimana setelah dilakukan uji “t” diperoleh hasil thitung = 5,85 > ttabel = 1,729. Jadi, Ho di tolak sedangkan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan, dengan latihan skiping yang dilaksanakan meningkatkan kemampuan smsah sehingga tes yang dilaksanakan pada tes akhir mengalami peningkatan yang maksimal.

The problem in this study is the lack of smashing ability, many smashes performed by extracurricular participants are not good, many are off the line and there are also smashes performed by extracurricular participants that do not cross the opponent's court because they get caught in the net. This study aims to see the effect of skipping training on the smash technique of students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Silaut. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The total population of students participating in extracurricular activities is 30 people. The sampling technique is propositional sampling. So the students who are the sample in this study are 20 male students. The research instrument uses a smashing ability test. The statistical data analysis technique uses the Liliefors normality test and the t-test with a significance level of ɑ = 0.05. The results of this study are that there is an effect of skipping training on the smashing ability of students participating in extracurricular activities at SMA N 01 Silaut with an average score of 13 in the pre-test, and an average score of 21 in the post-test. This is proven significantly, where after the "t" test was conducted, the results obtained were tcount = 5.85 > ttable = 1.729. So, Ho was rejected while Ha was accepted. The conclusion is, with the skipping exercise carried out, the ability of the text message was increased so that the test carried out in the final test experienced maximum improvement.
